To gain admission to study Law at the University of Benin (UNIBEN) through Direct Entry, you must meet the following requirements:
General Requirements:

Five (5) credits in your O’Level results, including English Language and Mathematics obtained at not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).

A minimum of two (2) A’ Levels passes in relevant subjects, which must include Literature in English.

An Upper Credit pass in NCE, OND/ND, or HND in relevant subjects from other recognized institutions.

At least five merit-level passes in the TC II examinations in subjects including English Language, History or Government, a second Arts subject, and any other Arts or Social Science subject at not more than two sittings.
