NASPOLY Post-UTME Screening Form For 2024/2025
The NASPOLY Post-UTME screening form for the 2024/2025 academic session has been released.
Candidates who have applied for admission into the National Diploma (ND) and HND programs of the institution can now proceed to submit their screening forms.
The form is available online on the NASPOLY website, and interested candidates are advised to follow the steps outlined below to complete the registration process.
Registration Process
1. Visit the NASPOLY website (www.naspoly.gov.ng) and click on the “Admissions” tab.
2. Locate the “Post-UTME Screening Form” link and click on it.
3. On the login page, enter your JAMB registration number and surname, then click on the “Search” button.
4. If your details match, you will be redirected to the screening form page.
5. Fill out the required fields on the form, including personal information, O’Level results, and O’Level subjects.
6. Upload your passport-sized photograph and signature in JPEG format.
7. Pay the screening fee of N2,000 using an ATM card or internet banking.
8. Click on the “Submit” button to complete the registration process.
9. Print a copy of the completed screening form and payment receipt for future reference.
It is important to note that the NASPOLY Post-UTME screening form is only available online, and any incomplete or incorrect submissions may result in disqualification. Candidates are advised to carefully follow the instructions provided on the NASPOLY website to avoid any errors.
