Candidates can now contact JAMB directly online by creating and submitting a support request through the JAMB Central Online Support System with questions, concerns, or issues regarding the Board’s Examinations and Services.
Who Can Contact JAMB For Complaints and Enquiries?
Anyone! Candidates or anyone can quickly log in to the JAMB Support website, create a support ticket, and submit it if they have any questions or concerns about the UTME, Change of Course/Institutions, JAMB CAPS, Regularization, Matriculation List, Direct Entry, Correction of Data, Upload of Result, JAMB Admission Letter, and so forth.
How Long Does JAMB To Reply Support Ticket?
JAMB Board have announced that any complaints, and inquiries by by candidates or individual will be attended to immediately between 24 – 48 hours, except on weekends.
How to Contact JAMB via the Online Support System?

Click on “Create Support Ticket”.
If you want to file a complaint on behalf of another person, you will be asked if you are a JAMB candidate. Make an educated choice!
After completing the form, click the send button. Please enter the correct email address and keep track of your transaction ID in a record book.
JAMB will send you an email to let you know when the submitted ticket has received a response.

To lodge a complaint, candidates are not required to go to the Management’s headquarters or state offices. To lodge a complaint, go to support.jamb.gov.ng. This is an online reservation system where all complaints are submitted and handled by the Board. Please refrain from visiting the Board’s headquarters or offices to inquire about things that you can easily get the answer online.
